*1. Delivery Areas*  
We currently ship to all regions within UNITED AEAB EMIRATES. 

*2. Processing Time*  
- Orders are processed within *1-2 business days* (excluding weekends/holidays).  

*3. Shipping Options & Costs*

*4. Order Tracking*  
- You’ll receive a *tracking number* via email once your order ships.  
- Track your package directly on our website .  

*5. Shipping Restrictions*  
- *Perishable items* (e.g., fresh/frozen food) require *expedited shipping*.  
- *Remote areas* may incur additional fees/delays.  

*6. Undeliverable Packages*  
- If a package is returned due to *incorrect address*, customer covers reshipping costs.  
- Refused deliveries are refunded (minus shipping fees).  

*7. Damaged/Lost Packages*  
- Report issues within *7 days* of delivery.  
- We’ll replace/refund at no cost (subject to investigation).
